The videos for each each move are info packed but not too long (tho i suggest watching them before u do your workout) ![]() When you move to the next set it automatically starts a timer with recommended rest period. It lets you log reps and weights for each set. You can view a workout ahead of time or start workout if ur actually doing it so you see how long it takes. It has workout programs, weight and diet logs, goals, and info that u dont get on the YT i really like that the app is all in one. Doing the Female foundations program now. Ive just recently restarted my fitness with very basic programming, and now using Ganbaru on my 2nd month of consistent workouts.
